The code here tests 64-bit integers for primality. For 32-bit values it uses hashing and then a single Miller-Rabin test. As values get larger it uses up to two more Miller Rabin rounds, and at the end it uses BPSW (which is one rould of Miller Rabin and then one of Lucas). Compared to other codes that achieve the same I believe that the hash tables used here are compact, and both the programs and the intermediate data used to create them are provided. -

The Pearl Xfce 7 base is from the 18.04 Ubuntu release. Pearl Linux began many yrs ago with the Xfce desktop environment. We were excited to again offer this great desktop environment. The first to be released is the 32 bit release. Most Linux distros including us will no longer provide security updates for 32 bit after 4/2023. The systems will continue to work and Pearl will still support all of our releases however their will be no support from Ubuntu as our backend. Much of the software providers as well are only offering their products in 64 bit now so eventually the move for all of us is inevitable :-(. -

Centos 7 Userland on the RaspberryPi 2/3 with mythtv
c7 armhfp came from the people at centos, I took a few sources and I rebuilt it and respun with mythtv and openmax support. For now the default installed build supports the Pi2/Pi3. In future builds, I expect for this 32 bit build the raspberrypi 3 Model A+ will be the real star for a while with this project, at least for the low power/wireless. I'm still testing it with the setup. I'll rebuild another release later with it included. Soon just put up rpms for peps on repo here to upgrade support for the Pi3b/Pi3A+ models.
