    Test automation made simple

Karate is the only open-source tool to combine API test-automation, mocks, performance-testing and even UI automation into a single, unified framework. The BDD syntax popularized by Cucumber is language-neutral, and easy for even non-programmers. Assertions and HTML reports are built-in, and you can run tests in parallel for speed. perftence

A fluent language to write perftences

Performance test engine written in Java and exposed as a fluent API for writing JUnit tests. Perftence can also be used without JUnit by using perftence-api distribution package. Full test results are provided in html, which can published directly with different CI's (e.g. Jenkins/Hudson). Runtime test statistics are also provided through logging (e.g. using slf4j-log4j and log4j).
