I have tested Dev-PHP IDE 3.0 Build 40 and I understand that is very early development statebut here is something what you may want to know \(I hope so\): -Launch the application. -Open 3 files. -Quit the application without closing those files first. -Try to start the Dev-PHP IDE again but it doesn't start anymore.
