&lt;p&gt;I would like to have the ability to read/edit/write Gerber Job files. These are in JSON format and describe the layer stackup and the filenames that contain the data for each layer. The colors always have to be reset to my previous settings on every use. I am running on Windows 10. Usually this would be done storing the changes in the registry. Also an added note I am running version gerbv-win-static_20160713 as the latest version won't run as it has multiple error messages about missing .dll's etc.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For example, to see the board up-side-down (flipped along y-axis) and rotated 90 deg:&lt;br/&gt;

I think this is because the apitures are not the same size.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I primarly use this to validate checkplots from board houses and stencil houses aganst the gerber data sent,   So they never come back with exactly the same size/shape as they are modded for DFM by the board house to result in a board with the right shape.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Iwasnt sure if this was a bug or a feature request.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love the new option to apply an offset to all visable layers.  this saves me a LOT of time.&lt;/p&gt;
