I'd like to report some compilation errors :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-- The use of min/max instead of std::min/std::max in src/utils/mdarray.h:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13701897/could-not-find-boost" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13701897/could-not-find-boost&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-- In src/utils/mdarray.h in the function MDArray::inv(), you use&lt;br /&gt;
    goto bailout;&lt;br /&gt;
in bailout you use the variable "a" (set_values(a);) however it isn't set in if work == NULL.&lt;/p&gt;
