problems with first job

After starting the queued deamon, the first job never runs properly. I usually do a

queue -- hostname

Sometimes this job hangs, then I abort it with Ctrl-C or it does nothing.

In both cases, when I resubmit the jobs, everything seems to work fine.

some technical details:
SuSE Linux 7.0, GNU Queue 1.30.1, installed as ordinary user, had to comment the line #3365 in queued.c due to rlimit-bug
