Deployment in just one JAR

Using classloading put all the required JARs into one
JAR. This will allow the compiler, web server and
applet to be deployed in a single JAR.

Replace server support

The custom Java server side program that serves pcode
programs is a further requirement that doesn't need to
be there. A web server should be all that is required
to get/put programs onto the computer. This way a user
name/password scheme using HTTP standards could be
implemented more quickly and easily.

OS X Support

RCOSjava appears functional in OS X. However, the user
interface make it quite difficult to use and to read.
Especially, text boxes aren't wide enough and menu
locations get stuck under the top bar.

State Save/Recover

Allow the message recorder to send out a message to all
the UI and OS components to save their current state.
This message, when played back, would recover their
state and continue executing.

An example usage, three processes just before deadlock
occurs.
