XMLInterpreter is full of lots of bug-prone code, it needs lots and lots more test cases and manual testing.

InterpreterSM does a whole conversation at once

When you call InterpreterSM.run, it does a whole conversation rather than what it should do - just one chunk.
Not sure how run() gets called yet, so don't know how to implement this.

XMLInterpreter doesn't move cursor after parsing goto

The XMLInterpreter doesn't handle goto correctly - after parsing, it doesn't move the cursor forward properly to the next element.
This doesn't actually matter normally, cos after goto the cursor jumps, but might for some reason become a bug at some point.
