just works!!
I have a problem though: I can't delete the last frame of a vedio, maybe some problem to set the A & B marker.

avidemux_2.6.2_mi_64bits.dmg fails to install on OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro.
Everything acts like it installed OK, but when I launch the app nothing happens.
It does not show up in Activity Monitor.
The 2.5.4 installed and runs fine.

Hello! I like your application. It is very useful for converting video files to my dvd player though I have trouble converting to mpeg1. I have two questions: - I'm thinking of making an application to use video converter engine for the web (eg YouTube) I'll see if it is possible Is it possible to introduce more tools or plugins to be the best program / capture / editing / video? Introduce plugin watermark logos etc ... thank you;)

1) Mac version is slooooow on a PPC (10.4.11). Forget this and go with ffmpegX if you can: http://homepage.mac.com/major4/download.html 2) This version (2.5.2) does not work with Tiger. 3) @ Ed Falk: You need to use an earlier version for Tiger. Try 2.4.0

Mac version crashes before even showing first window (Mac OSX 10.4.11). Linux version comes up but cannot recognize mpeg-2 format (Ubuntu 8.04.3 LTS).

Difficult start for beginners. But when main properties are clear, this program works very friendly.
