Swagger Core is a Java implementation of the OpenAPI Specification. Current version supports JAX-RS2 (javax and jakarta namespaces). One of the common usage scenarios is to integrate swagger-jaxrs2 into an existing or new JAX-RS based project ("code-first"), to automatically provide and expose its APIs definition, which is kept in sync during the project lifecycle. Such definition can be the base for further processing/consumption, including API documentation (e.g with swagger-ui, API client generation in various languages (e.g with swagger-codegen), custom processing, and so on. Such result is achieved by scanning JAX-RS resources and resolving their operations and used types, (also) processing applied annotations (e.g. Swagger, JAX-RS, Jackson, JAXB, etc.). This community project provides an admin interface for Spring Boot applications. The applications register with our Spring Boot Admin Client (via HTTP) or are discovered using Spring Cloud (e.g. Eureka, Consul). The UI is just a Vue.js application on top of the Spring Boot Actuator endpoints. Support for Python applications is available using Pyctuator. First, you need to setup your server. To do this just setup a simple boot project (using start.spring.io). As Spring Boot Admin Server is capable of running as servlet or webflux application, you need to decide on this and add the according Spring Boot Starter. Monitoring Python applications is available using Pyctuator. If you want to use a snapshot version of Spring Boot Admin Server you most likely need to include the spring and sonatype snapshot repositories. Each application that wants to register has to include the Spring Boot Admin Client. -

Android library for building complex screens in a RecyclerView
Epoxy is an Android library for building complex screens in a RecyclerView. Models are automatically generated from custom views or databinding layouts via annotation processing. These models are then used in an EpoxyController to declare what items to show in the RecyclerView. This abstracts the boilerplate of view holders, diffing items and binding payload changes, item types, item ids, span counts, and more, in order to simplify building screens with multiple view types. Additionally, Epoxy adds support for saving view state and automatic diffing of item changes. We developed Epoxy at Airbnb to simplify the process of working with RecyclerViews, and to add the missing functionality we needed. We now use Epoxy for most of the main screens in our app and it has improved our developer experience greatly. If you are using layout resources in Epoxy annotations then for library projects add Butterknife's gradle plugin to your buildscript. -

Apply background tinting to the Android system UI when using KitKat translucent modes. Android 4.4 (KitKat) introduced translucent system UI styling for status and navigation bars. These styles are great for wallpaper based activities like the home screen launcher, but the minimal background protection provided makes them less useful for other types of activity unless you supply your own backgrounds inside your layout. Determining the size, position and existence of the system UI for a given device configuration can be non-trivial. This library offers a simple way to create a background "tint" for the system bars, be it a color value or Drawable. By default it will give you a semi-opaque black background that will be useful for full-bleed content screens where persistent system UI is still important - like when placed over a map or photo grid. -

FirebaseUI is an open-source library for Android that allows you to quickly connect common UI elements to Firebase APIs. A compatible FirebaseUI client is also available for iOS. FirebaseUI has separate modules for using Firebase Realtime Database, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Auth, and Cloud Storage. To get started, see the individual instructions for each module. FirebaseUI is published as a collection of libraries separated by the Firebase API they target. Each FirebaseUI library has a transitive dependency on the appropriate Firebase SDK so there is no need to include those separately in your app. After the project is synchronized, we're ready to start using Firebase functionality in our app. There is a sample app in the app/ directory that demonstrates most of the features of FirebaseUI.
