Poor Woman's Telnet Server download

Just a simple telnet server for those who have none. Written in Java this telnet server relys on telnetd2 from Dieter Wimberger as basic framework and adds a shell that runs on Windows and Unix.

Good if you want just telnet server that want to login with account less, To be better if it accept special signal like "Ctrl+C"\ if it can check login credential.
